Candy Survivors

Candy Survivors is a cute survivor game in the style of Vampire Survivors, a bullet heaven you play with one finger. Mocha guards her bakery while gummy bears, ant swarms, splitting jelly slimes and armoured cookie golems close in from every side. You only move: drag anywhere on the screen (or use WASD or the arrow keys) and every weapon fires by itself. Popped monsters drop candy; collect it to level up and pick one of three upgrades: a cream shot that aims for you, spinning whisks, a sugar storm, a macaron shield, faster feet, a bigger candy magnet, more health or quicker weapons, each up to level 5. The Gummy King comes at 2:30, and at 5:00 the candy-thief raccoon: beat it within 45 seconds to save the bakery. Score is time survived, monsters popped and the bosses beaten. The daily run is the same for everyone, so the leaderboard is fair.

1. Move Mocha with WASD or the arrow keys (or drag anywhere); every weapon fires by itself.
2. Popped monsters drop candy: collect it to level up and pick one of three upgrades (keys 1–3). P or Esc pauses.
3. Survive five minutes and beat the candy-thief raccoon to save the bakery. The Gummy King comes at 2:30.

Tips

• Keep moving in wide circles rather than back and forth: the crowd follows you, and a loop lets your weapons chew through its edge while you stay clear of it.
• Pick up candy early and take Candy Magnet once: levels come fast in the first minute, and the sooner you have more weapons, the less the swarm can build up.
• When the raccoon crouches it is about to dash: step sideways out of its line. The cream shot keeps chipping at it while you dodge.

Is Candy Survivors free, and does it work on a phone?

Yes. It is free with no ads, no download and no sign-up, in any browser on phone or desktop and inside Telegram through @MatsuriGamesBot. On a phone you press anywhere and drag to move; on a computer you use WASD or the arrow keys.

How do I attack in Candy Survivors?

You never press an attack button. Every weapon fires by itself: the cream shot aims at the nearest monster, whisks and macarons circle around Mocha, and the sugar storm bursts all around her now and then. Your job is to move, collect candy and choose upgrades.

How long is a run and how do I win?

A run lasts at most five minutes and 45 seconds. The Gummy King arrives at 2:30, and at 5:00 the candy-thief raccoon. Beat the raccoon within 45 seconds to win; if it gets away, the run still counts as survived. If Mocha's health runs out first, the run ends there.

How is the score counted, and is the daily run fair?

You get 10 points for every second survived, 2 for every monster popped, 300 for the Gummy King and 2000 for beating the raccoon, plus 20 for each second it had left. The daily run has the same monsters and the same upgrade offers for everyone, and the server replays every run from your moves to check the score.
