Daily puzzles: one board a day, the same for everyone

A daily board is built from the day's seed, so every player gets the same start and, where the game deals pieces, the same pieces in the same order: the same Sudoku grid, the same Solitaire deal, the same 2048 tiles. That turns a solo game into a race on equal terms, and it is what makes the daily leaderboard worth reading.
All boards change together at 00:00 UTC, which is eight in the morning in Beijing and evening in New York.
Your first try counts
Only the first try at the day's board goes on the daily leaderboard. You cannot reroll a bad start or replay a deal you already know, so a daily score is one honest attempt. Once it is done, practice mode gives unlimited fresh boards, to keep playing or to sharpen a plan for tomorrow.
Streaks and the weekly cup
Playing a daily keeps your day streak going, and days in a row add a little candy on top of what the games pay. Your streak, the daily check-in and the sweetness level that grows as you play all show on your player card.
The Matsuri Cup works the other way round. Each week, from Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday, one solo game hosts it, and your best practice score of the week counts. The top 10 win candy and a cup badge for their player card.
Scores you can trust
The game sends only your moves. The server replays them to work out the score, so a score cannot simply be typed in, and records that look too fast, too even or beyond what strong players reach wait for a human review before they show at the top of a board.
